3. Machine Safety & CAM Toolpath Disclaimer
Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), CNC milling, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and 3D printing involve mechanical equipment capable of generating extreme heat, high forces, laser radiation, and rapid kinetic motion. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All toolpaths, G-code sequences, simulation metrics, collision checks, and feedrate parameters must be independently verified by a qualified machine operator prior to live execution.
- Dry Machina and its contributors provide software on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular physical machining operation.
- You are solely responsible for machine enclosure, emergency stop (E-stop) readiness, eye protection, and operational safety.
4. Commercial Cloud Services
Use of the managed Cloudflare Edge API (`api.drymachina.com`) and cloud storage is subject to rate-limiting and authentication policies. Automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, or unauthorized access attempts will result in immediate API token revocation.
